Adopt any activities that makes you laugh e.g. watching laughter videos, movies or show, Be a member of laughing club, play with kids etc.
Learn to say "NO"- whenever you are unable to fulfill the demand placed on you, and walk away from stressful situation. Do one thing at a time. Friends- spend time with friends having positive attitude. Discussing problem with them will help to find the solution of the problem or at least it will ease your stress.
